2. Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders can be cancelled instantly
  • Full refund will be initiated

b. After Confirmation but Before Dispatch

  • Cancellation request can be raised
  • Approval depends on seller acceptance
  • If approved → Full refund processed

c. After Dispatch

  • Cancellation is generally not allowed
  • Customer may use return policy (if applicable)

d. Instant / Hyperlocal Orders

For fast delivery (same-day / instant orders):
