4. Buyer Terms

Order & Pricing

  • We do not guarantee price accuracy at all times
  • Orders may be canceled due to stock or pricing errors

Payments

  • We are not responsible for payment failures due to bank or gateway issues

5. Seller / Merchant Terms

If you register as a seller:

  • You must provide valid business and KYC details
  • You are solely responsible for:

    • Inventory
    • Compliance with laws (GST, FSSAI, etc.)
  • You must not list:
    • Illegal or prohibited items
    • Counterfeit or misleading products

6. Marketplace Role & Liability

  • Try8Now.com acts only as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Quality, safety, or legality of products/services
    • Seller actions or omissions
    • Disputes between buyers and sellers

However, we may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.

7. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by sellers or third-party logistics partners
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • We are not liable for delays caused by:
    • Logistics issues
    • Weather or external factors

8. Cancellation, Refund & Returns

  • Policies may vary depending on the seller
  • Buyers must review product-specific policies before purchase
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per seller terms
  • We act as a facilitator and are not liable for refund disputes

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
